Lemon verbena pastry pizza

Description

Use salty lemon verbena paste for a flavour boost on a pasty pizza base.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pack ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 1 tbsp salty lemon verbena paste
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • rapeseed oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread the salty lemon verbena paste on the pastry
  2. Top with chopped tomatoes & onion
  3. Drizzle with plenty of rapeseed oil
  4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper
  5. Bake at 220ÂșC for 10 minutes
