Use thick coconut milk as a quick creamy sauce, spooned over these garlicky, herb mushrooms 😍

Ingredients

  • 200g small mushrooms (or big ones chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 big glug rapeseed oil
  • 1 handful fresh sage
  • 2 tbs coconut milk
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry sage leaves in oil & lift out
  2. Fry mushrooms & garlic in oil for 5 mins
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Serve on crispy sage leaves with coconut milk

Notes

Get your protein by adding toasted almonds to the coconut milk
