Geranium sugar

Description

The flavour is quite mild but it does look really pretty!!

Ingredients

  • 1 empty glass jar & lid
  • 1 ‘jar full’ of caster sugar
  • 3 geranium leaves
  • 1 handful geranium flowers

Instructions

  1. Finely chop geranium leaves
  2. Add to sugar with geranium flowers
  3. Mix & store in the jar

Notes

Over time the sugar dries out the geranium leaves & petals, but they retain their colour. The sugar will go lumpy but the lumps add to the character 🌺
