Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp plant-based butter/spread
  • 1 tsp dark miso paste

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together
  2. Use to coat cooked vegetables

Notes

Substitute sage with almost any other herb

You could do a bulk batch & freeze like ‘ice-cubes’ but, as it take just seconds to prepare, I just make it when I need it
