Quick & easy way to use pecan pesto (You could probably even whizz some pesto up in the time it takes for the noodles to boil!)

Ingredients

  • 80g dried noodles
  • 100g mini plum tomatoes (or any tasty ones)
  • 2tsps pecan pesto
  • drizzle rapeseed oil
  • chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles for 4 mins
  2. While waiting, quarter tomatoes
  3. Add tomatoes to drained noodles
  4. Add pecan pesto & mix
  5. Serve with a drizzle of rapeseed oil & chopped pecans
