Use herbs and hazelnuts to boost your spuds!
- 200g cooked potatoes
- 1 handful pineapple sage
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 1 clove garlic (peeled)
- 1 glug rapeseed oil
- Finely chop sage, hazelnuts & garlic
- Mix with oil & salt to taste
- Coat cooked potatoes & serve
Pineapple sage is great because it has a mild flavour & grows really well. Any other sage will also work 🙂
Substitute hazelnuts with any other nut.
