Use herbs and hazelnuts to boost your spuds!

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked potatoes
  • 1 handful pineapple sage
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 1 glug rapeseed oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Finely chop sage, hazelnuts & garlic
  2. Mix with oil & salt to taste
  3. Coat cooked potatoes & serve

Notes

Pineapple sage is great because it has a mild flavour & grows really well. Any other sage will also work 🙂

Substitute hazelnuts with any other nut.
