Rosemary shortbread

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp plain gluten-free flour
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp caster (or soft brown) sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together to make a paste
  2. Make tablespoon of paste into a ball
  3. Squash balls on a baking tray
  4. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 minutes
  5. Dust with sugar while warm

Notes

Substitute thyme for rosemary or/and add citrus peel
