Description

Serve tangy cherries with sage like a pickle or chutney. Also delicious on ice cream – try it!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack frozen cherries
  • 1 handful blackcurrant sage leaves
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Microwave the cherries for 2 mins
  2. Stir in the sage leaves & vinegar
  3. Ready to serve, but flavours improve over a day to two

Notes

Frozen raspberries also work well
